He was director of Economic Development CIPPEC. He worked in the civil service and in international organizations such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He was a professor at the University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), University of San Andrés (UdeSA), FLACSO, Universidad Catolica Argentina (UCA) and visiting researcher at Harvard University.
